Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or altered products, intimate wear, accessories, and items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned. Products with removed tags, signs of wear, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at hello@parothelabel.com or call +91 98765 43210 with your order number and reason for return. Our team will arrange a pickup within 2-3 business days.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is initiated.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same 7-day window. Contact our team to arrange an exchange.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
